The team of this department will be responsible to lead, direct, coach, train and provide technical guidance to a team of Commercial Marketing and Service professionals. You will be accountable to ensure an efficient and productive workflow, excellent quality control and service standards that our clients and internal professionals deserve. In addition, the successful candidate will also service and market a Book of Business.
Proven ability to manage, coach and guide staff; conduct performance appraisals; set goals and
Proven ability to implement and adjust workflow procedures
Through regular audits, be able to measure and assess quality control practices
Strong technical insurance knowledge in placement of all classes of insurance including specialty placements
RIBO Licence required and other industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, would be
considered an asset
A team player with a strong work ethic
1-3 years of leadershup experience
Determination for excellence in quality control and client service
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Computer knowledge in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience with SigXP
