Your new Role:

Our client is looking for a motivated insurance professional looking to jump on board and become their next Insurance Broker Support Representative for personal lines & commercial lines. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to brokers who deal with personal lines and commercial lines insurance. They ideally want someone who is strong at planning and organizing, tech savvy, have excellent customer service & general insurance experience and who thrives in a fast-paced office. 

It's also an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get some exposure to commercial insurance and work alongside experienced brokers who will guide and train. 

This role will be based In-Office, Monday to Friday(Flexible start times), vacation, full benefits, and competitive compensation!



  • Co-ordinate the daily operations of the agency
  • Head the incoming calls & emails, filter calls to brokers, answer client queries where appropriate
  • Support the administrative needs of brokers (certificates/binders/invoicing/payment processing)
  • Arrange the team calendar & organize policy mail outs, etc. 
  • Take part in other duties as directed
  • Level I or Level II Insurance License
  • 1.5+ years of insurance experience in personal lines or commercial lines (experience in both is a big plus)
  • Experience with BMS systems (TBW preferred) or other client management software's. 
  • Extremely organized, have excellent communication skills and will be able to pro-actively understand and attend to the needs of other brokers
  • Positive, vibrant, entrepreneurial
