Assistant Vice President (Property) for a successful Reinsurance company

Qualified and experienced individual needed to be responsible for the underwriting and marketing of facultative property business, including construction, civil projects and boiler & machinery.   The successful candidate will be a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), with:

• 10 or more years Primary Property insurance experience;
• Strong technical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and,
• Excellent analytical, negotiating and problem solving skills with business and general insurance acumen.

  Assistant Vice President (Surety Treaty) for a successful Reinsurance company

Knowledgeable and experienced individual needed to review requests for reinsurance, evaluate risk exposures; as well as determine premiums, rates, scope of coverage and all other relevant reinsurance terms and conditions.   As well the successful candidate will negotiate with clients, report on the operations of the Surety treaty division; and take active part in the planning and establishment of goals and objectives for the treaty division.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), with:

• 5 or more years Primary Surety insurance experience.
• Strong technical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with business and general insurance acumen.
