DGA Executive Search Process

We employ a detailed nine stage recruiting process for retained executive searches.

Stage 3: Screen Candidates

    Based on the specifications developed during the Preparation Stage, we assess potential candidates in three ways:
  1. Our initial research identifies a broad long list of qualified potential candidates.
  2. Telephone screening interviews are conducted with candidates who assess as matching or near-matching the position requirements to establish relationships and initially validate qualifications and potential fit.
  3. Face-to-face structured interviews are held with the candidates who most closely match the position requirements. These interviews are conducted to evaluate accomplishments, capabilities, qualifications, personality, emotional intelligence, and motivation.
