Description

If handling your own book of business from cradle-to-grave is what motivates you...then you are the perfect Producer for this brokerage’s Langley office. We’re not only looking for a Producer but someone who can build the team and grow the office.  

What you will be doing:   

  • Manage the book of business from end-to-end.   
  • Develop and plan strategy to grow the book and maintain clients.   
  • Provide excellent client experience.   
  • Help grow the office by recruiting and training new Account Executives.  

What we are looking for:  

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.   
  • Leadership experience is required.  
  • Level 2 license 
  • Great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking and must have good customer service skills.    

* Salary will be between 100,000 to 150,000
