Description

Our client is looking for a Data Operations Manager who loves data analytics, churning out reports and contributing to efficient reporting system.  

What you will be doing:   

  1. Systems Data:
    • Create and maintain all Applied Epic Reports, including but not limited to one-time needs, “Quick Reports”, and Auto-Delivery Reports.
    • Be the product expert for Applied Analytics, including staying apprised of product features and updates, onboarding new hires, and training sales staff and managers as required. 
    • Build and maintain monthly Performance Summaries (completed in Excel using Applied Epic data). 
    • Maintain all Applied Epic Templates, including Documents and Proposals, including working with Stakeholders to develop new templates. 
    • Collaborate on ongoing optimization projects such, but not limited to, Applied Epic custom forms, integrated Excel Spreadsheets, new CSR24 certificate forms, and mapping data. 
    • Work with various executives and stakeholders to determine business intelligence and data integration needs, develop a plan to capture/report on both, and develop/implement delivery methods. 
     
    2. Project Management: 
    • Explore Applied Data Lake, and act as Project Manager should the product be implemented. 
    • Explore options for integrating data or building bridges between HubSpot Sales and Applied Epic, including potential a potential bridge or API integration and work with other stakeholders as Project Manager to implement and maintain chosen solution.

    • Remain current with Epic and associated products’ reporting, template, data analytics, and application functionalities, processes, and improvements. 

 

What we are looking for:  

  • Must have at least 5-10 years in the general insurance industry, with an in-depth knowledge of data fields in broker management systems (ideally in the Applied Epic BMS). 
  • Could have equivalent experience outside the general insurance industry in a Data Analytics role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, highly developed systems and technology acumen and advanced expertise in Excel.
