The Opportunity:

On the search for a Commercial Account Manager / Marketer to collaborate with Producers and clients to assess insurance needs, prepare marketing submissions, act as a liaison with insuring partners, and prepare proposals so that Producers can close the sale. This book of business focuses on various segments of the construction and contracting industry. This is a hybrid role in that the successful candidate will handle a combination of Account Management and Marketing, and the ratio between the two will depend on level of experience and interests.

You are confident with your skills as they relate to providing amazing customer service to dissecting policy wordings to provide the best coverage for your clients. You are driven by success and profitability and represent the brand cohesively and confidentially.

Necessary qualifications include:

  • Level 2 insurance license
  • CAIB, CIP, FCIP or CRM considered an asset
  • 5 + years Commercial Lines experience; construction experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, TAM and or EPIC
