Description

Commercial Account Manager – Realty

Responsible for providing customer service and assisting Account Executives and the service team in the support of existing accounts and new business.

Responsibilities:

Primary support contact for a busy book of business providing top notch client service

Initiate renewal process for existing clients, and discusses and creates renewal strategy with Account Executive

Analyze and compare current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing

Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, review quotes and coverage for competitiveness and accuracy

Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals

Bind insurance coverage, prepare and review binders of insurance, and certificates of insurance

Prepare summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients

Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and send invoicing

Provide training and guidance to new or junior team members

Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity 

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Pro-active and a self-starter

Level 2

8-10 years experience

Commercial bonding experience is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with marketing and assisting with client contacts on accounts within the book of business

Attention to detail

Solutions oriented and a critical thinker

Work well in a fast paced, client-focused environment

Team player
