My client is looking to hire a Personal Lines Insurance CSR to service an existing book of business, build on existing relationships with customers and enhance relationships with company partners.
Work with producers, company partners and your assigned portfolio of clients handling; renewals, endorsements, new business, and assistance with claims.
Responsible to provide auto and property quotations to prospects and maximize every sales opportunity by cross selling our products.
Perform outbound calls and warm leads, appropriately matching the risk to the insurer.
Follow company and brokerage procedures and workflow requirements.
Must hold a valid RIBO license
Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an insurance brokerage environment
Experience with broker management systems and Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with various insurance company portals.
Able to work in a Call center environment
